- Competitive Pay: Earn 45% of each job's subtotal as a subcontractor. If using a company van, the pay rate is 35%.

Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in carpet cleaning and sales.
- Driving: Must possess a clean driving record.
- Background Check: A comprehensive background check is mandatory.
- Drug Screening: Must pass a drug screening. Applicants who fail the drug test will not be considered.
- References: Please provide professional references to verify your experience and skills.
